Withdrawal Policy
If you are located in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the last item of your order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period expires.

We will confirm receipt of your request without undue delay.
Returning Your Items
After submitting a withdrawal request, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging where possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund using the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.
Original shipping charges may be refunded where required by applicable law.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products made to your specifications
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Any other products exempt under applicable consumer protection laws
